Privacy Policy

Effective October 2, 2026 · Last updated October 2, 2026

The short version: we collect what we need to find financing for your business, share it only with the funding partners and service providers that make that possible, and never sell it.

Your mobile number and text-message consent are never shared for marketing. Reply STOP to any text to opt out.

01Who we are and what this covers

Allyabl (“we,” “us”) helps established businesses find and arrange commercial financing through a network of independent funding partners. We do not make credit decisions ourselves; our funding partners do.

This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information collected through www.allyabl.com, our application, our contact forms, and our calls, emails and text messages (together, the “Services”). Our Services are intended for business purposes only, not for personal, family or household financing.

02Information we collect

Information you give us

  • Contact details — name, email, mobile phone number, company name.
  • Business information — legal name, entity type, industry, start date, EIN/Tax ID, address, monthly revenue, amount and type of financing requested, existing financing.
  • Owner information — date of birth, Social Security Number, home address, ownership percentage.
  • Documents — bank statements, tax returns, financial statements, IDs, and other documents you upload or send us.
  • Signatures and consents — your electronic signature and the date, time and IP address of each consent you give.
  • Messages — what you write to us in forms, emails and texts.

Information from others

  • Credit and verification data — business and personal credit reports, identity and fraud checks, public records, and bank or trade references, obtained with your authorization.
  • Funding partners — decisions, offers, and requests for more information about your application.

Information collected automatically

When you use our website we collect basic technical data such as IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, and referring links, using cookies and similar tools. You can block cookies in your browser settings; some parts of the site may then not work as intended.

03How we use information

  • To review your request and match your business with funding partners whose programs fit.
  • To prepare and submit your application to those funding partners, and to present the options they offer.
  • To verify identity, prevent fraud, and meet legal and regulatory requirements.
  • To communicate with you by phone, email and text about your request and your account.
  • To analyze documents you provide (for example, summarizing bank statement activity), including with the help of automated tools operated by our service providers.
  • To improve our website and Services, and to keep them secure.
  • With your consent, to tell you about other financing options that may fit your business. You can opt out at any time.

04How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as described here:

  • Funding partners — to evaluate, offer and provide financing you request. Each funding partner uses your information under its own privacy policy.
  • Service providers — companies that host our website and data, send email and text messages, process documents, provide credit and identity checks, and support our operations. They may use your information only to perform services for us.
  • Legal and safety — when required by law, subpoena or court order, or to protect our rights, our users, or others from fraud or harm.
  • Business transfers — as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.
  • With your direction — anyone else you ask us to share with.

Text messaging data. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from all of the sharing categories above and will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers that deliver our messages.

05Text messages (SMS)

If you check the text-message box on our application or contact form, or otherwise give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, you agree to receive text messages from Allyabl about your inquiry and application — for example, document requests, status updates, offer notifications and follow-ups.

  • Consent is not a condition of any purchase or of receiving financing.
  • Message frequency varies based on your request.
  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • To stop, reply STOP to any message. You will receive one confirmation and no further texts unless you opt in again.
  • For help, reply HELP, email hello@allyabl.com or call (786) 963-4537.
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

06Credit reports

When you sign our application you authorize Allyabl and its funding partners to obtain business and personal credit reports to evaluate your request. Funding partners may use soft or hard inquiries according to their own process. Credit reports are used only for evaluating, offering and servicing financing for your business.

07How we protect information

We use administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls limited to staff who need the information, and private document storage. Sensitive details such as Social Security Numbers are hidden in our systems unless a team member specifically needs them. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

08How long we keep information

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the Services, follow up on your request, meet legal, tax and record-keeping obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When it is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.

09Your choices and rights

  • Texts — reply STOP at any time.
  • Emails — use the unsubscribe link in marketing emails. We may still send messages about an active application.
  • Calls — ask us to stop calling and we will add you to our internal do-not-call list.
  • Access, correction and deletion — email hello@allyabl.com to ask for a copy of your information, to correct it, or to delete it. We may need to verify your identity, and we may keep information we are legally required to keep.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws. We will honor those rights as the law requires and will not treat you differently for using them.

10Children

Our Services are for businesses and are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

11Links to other websites

Our site may link to websites run by others, including funding partners. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices; please read their policies.

12Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when it last changed. If we make material changes, we will post a notice on our website.
